Comprehensive wealth management for the affluent.

Founded in 2003 by Charles Massimo, CJM Fiscal Management currently oversees nearly $200 million in client assets and has emerged as one of the top wealth management firms in Long Island. We offer comprehensive wealth management services to an exclusive group of affluent individuals, families and closely held companies; all of whom are committed to our disciplined approach to wealth accumulation.

Our mission at CJM Fiscal Management is to manage a successful, profitable firm that always has the best interests of our clients at heart—even above and beyond the firm itself. We aim to practice true wealth management with integrity and ethics and envision a firm where we can cultivate lifelong client relationships that can be carried over to the legacy they leave behind.

Our wealth management service reflects our adherence to a proven investment, wealth building and asset preservation approach. It also reflects the personal philosophy of Charles Massimo regarding client service; which is that we can only serve a select group of affluent families and closely-held businesses and succeed in doing so with our full commitment.

It would be our pleasure to help you realize your financial and personal goals. We welcome the opportunity to present our organization—its philosophies and methodologies—in a discovery meeting with you.

About Charles Massimo

President and Founder, Charles Massimo started his career in 1984 as a compliance officer at Shearson Lehman Brothers. He moved to New York Life Insurance Company as a senior representative and later joined Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant in the Private Client Group. In 1999, he moved to Smith Barney as vice president of investments.

While his career was advancing, Charlie couldn’t help but feel as though there was a piece missing from the “big picture.” Determined to run a firm that put the interests of its clients above everything else, while practicing true wealth management with integrity and ethics, Charlie took a leap of faith and founded CJM Fiscal Management in 2003. The firm now manages nearly $200 million in client assets.

He is a strong believer in the principles conveyed in Napolean Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, a book inspired by Andrew Carnegie during the Great Depression. That is, having a clear objective and a creative vision, being optimistic, taking the initiative, making the extra effort, managing your time and your money, etc. will lead to success. He believes it has helped him achieve his goals and equally important, enabled his firm to help its clients reach their goals.

Married and the father of triplets, one daughter and two sons, both of whom are on the autism spectrum, Charlie realizes that each of his clients has a vision of what they want their lives and that of their loved ones to be. In his case, it means a life marked by a level of professional fulfillment that comes from knowing he has helped his clients achieve their financial goals, build the life they desire, and benefit from having a trusted advisor with whom they enjoy a warm, open relationship.

“Why should we worry about our finances? God made Charlie for that. We had the opportunity to move it to another financial advisor. But why would we? Charlie is like the rock of Gibraltar for us. He’s been very steady. And he’s like a member of the family now.”
